We ship all our orders with a Track & Trace code. We try to ship your order within 3 business days. Please note: if you have chosen to personalize a product, the delivery of the product will take more time. We will communicate the expected receipt date per order.
All orders with a delivery address in the Netherlands and a total amount of 50 euros or higher will be sent free of charge. For orders with a total amount under 50 euros, shipping costs will be charged.

Package: € 4.95
Orders with an amount above 100 euros that require shipping to Belgium, Germany, Austria and Denmark will be sent free of charge. For UK there is a threshold of 150 euros. Below that amount, shipping cost will be charged. Rates are as follow:
Belgium, Germany, Austria and Denmark: € 6,95
United Kingdom: € 11,95

You can also pick up your order at our office in Amstelveen, Laan van Kronenburg 14. This is by appointment only. You can pay either cash or by card.
You have a period of 14 days to change your mind. Within these 14 days you can return the products at your own cost to:

The packing slip / invoice, name and address and account number must be enclosed with the articles. The purchased item must be sent unused and undamaged in its original packaging. With a touch of Rose determines whether the product meets these conditions. If this is the case, you will receive your purchase price and shipping costs in your account within 14 days.
Also when exchanging, the product must be returned in original packaging, unused and undamaged, accompanied by packing slip / invoice. The costs of returning to us are for your own account.
Unstamped or insufficiently stamped mail items are not accepted by With a touch of Rose, regardless the reason for the return.
A contribution to the shipping costs will be charged for sending the replacement items. You will get an email with detailed information on how to transfer this amount to us.
If you have received a wrong order, With a touch of Rose will take care of sending the right items. In addition, With a touch of Rose will fully compensate the shipping costs incurred, unless the customer has ordered a wrong product or wrong size.
